How can I sort the markers?

Solution

To check the connectivity and ordering of markers assigned to the same Station Index, open the Body Plan view and select Display | Show Markers for Current Station.

Select all the markers on the current station and go to Markers | Sort Markers Within Stations. 

If it doesn't sort out the markers, select them individually (hold shift key) in the new desired order (from the keel outwards towards the deck edge or deck centre line)

and select Markers | Re-order Selected Markers.

If the bold-colored marker is on the deck line, select all the markers in the station and go to Markers | Reverse Ordering Current/Selected Station.
