How does SACS calculate the Cm value for large diameter legs?
The program is developed based on the “Diffraction effect Forces on large bodies” in Section 6 of the Reference Book.
Here, the program is so developed that there is no upper limit to Cm, but Cm will approach 0 as D/L approaches infinity.
