Bentley AutoPIPE is a stand-alone computer aided engineering (CAE) program for the calculation of piping stresses, flange analysis, pipe support design, and equipment nozzle loading analysis under static and dynamic loading conditions. In addition to 30 piping codes, AutoPIPE incorporates ASME, European, British Standard, API, NEMA, ANSI, ASCE, AISC, UBC, and WRC guidelines and design limits to provide a comprehensive analysis of the entire system.
The commercial release of AutoPIPE CONNECT Edition Update 3 (v11.03.00.08) includes the following features:
Added ASME B31J for more accurate calculations of stress intensification factors and flexibility factors of ASME B31 codes. This code is currently available for ASME B31.1 and B31.3 for code years 2012 and later.
The Pressure Temperature grid now provides an option to display Delta T1 and Delta T2 only, facilitating easier review and updates for Nuclear users.
The Support Data Listing now includes all pipe supports, regardless of whether they are attached to pipe or a structural member.
