not able to access technical support

Hi,  when i click Technical support tag, it says access denied. Whats the reason? Please help.

    With AutoPIPE CONNECT 10.00.00.10 or higher opened, select Help> Online Resources> Technical support> this action will take you to the Bentley Service Request manager sign on web page. If this does not and some error screen appears, there may be a bigger issue at hand that will need to be addressed.

    Please be sure that you can manually log into your Bentley Personal Portal and create a service request. Or, that you can log into this location:

    apps.bentley.com/srmanager

    And create a service request. If you cannot, please let use know the results of these efforts. What appears on screen, add screen shot of error, etc...
