Problem with basic commands in Autopipe CONNECT

Question

Hello, 
 I have doubts with basic commands of Autopipe. 
 As you can see in 1st image "bend at end", i am not able to insert bent at point A04. 
 1) Now if you see the image you will understand the sequence of drawing, 
 A00 to A04 via pipe run command 
 then copied A00 to A02 at A03 (B00 to A03) and A04 (C00 to A04) 
 Tee at point A03 was created automatically. 
 now i was trying to insert bend at point A04 by "Modify>convert point to>bend", it is not executing as shown in image. 
 May i know what could be the problem? 
 Also the color of line A03 to A04 turned to faint gray, why is it so , what does it indicate? 
 2) In 2nd image i was trying to create 2 points in between A02 to A03. 
 Method i followed "highlight tee arrow towards A02>pipe run>generate points:2> positive value of Dx(since in the direction of +ve axis from Tee point)>ok" 
 But gives warning "W754-1: Sweep angle is 180 degree". 
 In spite of it 2 points were created, but the Tee arrow facing A04 is not visible. 
 I tried the alternative way using tip point of bend at A02 with offset distance Dx set +ve 
 Same warning and points were created on opposite side of bend. 
 Please let me know what is the problem? Is my sequence wrong?

Have you tried if the error still occurs if you change After to Before (or vice versa, depending on whats selected default), when entering the point? That usually does it for me.

There is an issue when trying to convert Point A04 to a Bend because this point connects two different segments, Segment A and Segment C. When you copy and paste, the pasted section will always be a new segment. The first step is to select Point A04 and Join Segments A and C (Home>Operations>Segment>Join Segment(s)). Now, the points before and after Point A04 are all on Segment A so you can select that point and convert it to a Bend. 
 
It seems you have resolved the second issue with help from HVN, but I would just like to remind you that your segments have a direction. The easiest way to work with your model is in the forward direction of your segments. Therefore, the easiest way to add 2 points between Points A02 and A03 would be to select the first point (A02) and then insert run points.
