Is it possible, to generate DGN model in batch?

Good Day to you Matthew, 

As mentioned in the batch generator Manual, you are able to export Stress Isometric DGN files. However, as of Dec 2019, the the application cannot Batch process exporting a model to DGN (File > Import/Export > Export > DGN Model (*.dgn). 

I have logged a new enhancement (1068853) for this feature to be added to a future version of the program.
