Is it possible, to generate DGN model in batch?

I want to create several DGN models for each pipeline for Hot clash checking.

Good Day to you Matthew, 
 As mentioned in the batch generator Manual, you are able to export Stress Isometric DGN files. However, as of Dec 2019, the the application cannot Batch process exporting a model to DGN ( File > Import/Export > Export > DGN Model (*.dgn). 
 I have logged a new enhancement (1068853) for this feature to be added to a future version of the program.
