Is there a means and method to be able to identify clash detection solely within Autopipe?

During a seismic event, we'd like to identify if there is a way to see if pipes would clash? It sounds like using Navigator (outside of Autopipe) may be an option, but I was not sure if Autopipe would be able to do this by itself.

  • Good day to you Issac,

As of March 2020, No there is no utility solely within AutoPIPE to perform clash detection. you can use the procedure mentioned here with Bentley Navigator.

This does sound like a great Idea. Please consider posting your idea to AutoPIPE's Ideas page here (button located at the top of the forum page). By doing so others can see your idea and vote on it.

Know that AutoPIPE's development priorities are based on strict rules: number of user requesting, merit, importance, available resources, a clear scope of the enhancements requirements, impact on other part of the program, time required to implement, ROI, etc... Therefore each idea posted and every vote is meaningful to us.
