We are currently working on resolving the number format issues with Word Report and will be making some improvements in the upcoming v12.5 and v12.6 releases.
Can you confirm the version of AutoPIPE you are using? If you are using a newer version of AutoPIPE v12.1.0 or later, we may be able to provide you an updated Word Report Template that can fix this problem.
I understand that this is the Reference Loads report in the example you pasted here. There may be more reports you want to fix, but lets start with one.
Note: You will need to replace the report template installed with the program with the updated ones we are providing you.

1. First thing you need is the write permissions to Word report templates folder. All the word reports templates are installed in the following directory
[autopipe installation path]\ReportTemplates\Word\
By default the installation is in the c:\program files (x86) folder and this path will most likely resolve to following
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\AutoPIPE CONNECT v12\ReportTemplates\Word\
2. Now replace the "ReferenceLoadsDataTemplate.docx" in this folder with the one provided here
3. Close all instances of AutoPIPE
4. Now Open AutoPIPE and try generating the "Reference Loads" Word Report
You should see it working better. If this works for you, please let me know some other reports you would like to fix and I can help. I will also look into recording a short video to show you how I am fixing these.
