I have been trying, in vain, for last over 2 weeks to contact somebody in your sales team to contact me to get a quote for AutoPipe and discuss options. I regret to mention that Bentley marketing services has been very disappointing, and I have had no joy of my several emails, messages left on voicemails - still have no information/ quote from Bentley.

Ok, finally got my calls heard. All sorted - purchased and installed AutoPipe (advanced) and all good now. It is tad disappointing that it appeared so hard and took me > 2 weeks to reach somebody in the sales team. After I was able to finally contact, it was less than 2 days to have the quote, payment made and application installed/ successfully running.

Thank you for taking my call. As we discussed on the phone and in my email sent.
1. Contact your account person, mentioned in the email sent. They would direct you to the correct person to help with software quotes.
2. Contact the Bentley office, see WIKI here ask to speak to sales person. If none are available, speak with the licensing team to confirm the correct person's name, email, and phone number
3. If none of these are helpful, then log a Service Request, and cc me on the response email with the SR manager. I will do my best to get someone to contact you about software quotes.
