We have changed our AutoPipe license type from Commercial to Virtuosity with the Commercial license now blocked. I have had a message stating my Practitioner status and a software download link. Do I need to reload AutoPipe?

No, you do not need to reload the program. There is only one AutoPIPE software download, and depending on what Edition of the program to be used (i.e. Standard, Advanced, Nuclear) would be controlled by licensing entitlements outside of the application. Therefore, the only difference between a Virtuosity and Commercial install is the license entitlement on BLT and contract settings. Again the software is the same; features are controlled inside of the program by edition selection.
When your company signed up for Virtuosity, an email would have been sent with instructions on assigning a practitioners license. At this time, the license has been assigned to Aidan ***. You can have that license assigned to you. Or, contact Bentley and speak to the Licensing department for more detailed information on working with a Virtuosity license.
