Maybe this question already exist but I cannot find them so I am going to ask it again.
How can I create a new pipe run not connected to existing pipes?
The reason for this is that I have to make separate pipe system.
Basically, in the model, there are several pipe systems.

I always suggest that new users should thoroughly review this WIKI here. The is a great source of information for a new user. The answer to your question for adding a new segment is covered in the AutoPIPE help Tutorial, under "Creating a New Disconnected Segment" or use AutoPIPE command Insert Segment and press the Help button on the dialog.

I think I have read all the tutorial and haven't found the answer to the question. I can add, edit, modify pipes but I cannot create new pipes not connected to the current pipe.

Please perform the following:
1. Open AutoPIPE model
2. Select the Help Ribbon
3. Open the Tutorial PDF document(Help > Help > Tutorial)
4. Go to page 117 of the document and see the section titled "Creating a New Disconnected Segment"
5. Follow the instructions here to correctly insert a new disconnected segment in your model
