Hi,tags can have at most 36 characters. That's far too short for my use case. Is there any way to alleviate the restriction? Maybe some way to set a higher limit in the settings or some config file. Maybe a completely different way to add some information to any element (support, anchor, valve,...).The only alternative I could find is the attachment field but it's limited to 36 characters as well and not universal enough (present only in some element types).Thank you very much,Jaromír

Suggest that you please post your suggestions on the IDEAS wiki page where the whole of AutoPIPE community can vote on it and have direct response from CAE Development team on it. Remember the more votes on a particular item the faster it will be implemented.
To answer your question, no there is no workaround. When you post your idea, please indicate what type of information and how many characters you like to see added for all Tag / attachment data fields.
