I need to add more load cases to my model but don't want to have the last one copied. I like to decide which load case to copy.

Please be more specific in asking your question. Not sure if you are talking about adding Number of operating load conditions pairs as found General Model Options dialog. Or that you are talking about Analysis sets. Or that you are actually referring to Analysis sets. Always best to follow up a question with exact steps to repeat, making it clearer to others what the actual issue is or how to reproduce it.
I believe that you are talking about Pressure / Temperature pairs. When increasing the "Number of operating load conditions" on the general model options dialog, the following appears as a note:
---------------------------Note--------------------------- N13-21: Number of temperature cases has changed. If undefined, P & T information will be copied from last defined case.---------------------------OK ---------------------------
This is a default setting hard coded into the program. I will log an enhancement to add a new feature to allow the user to select which pressure/temperature pairs are to be copied when increasing the "Number of operating load conditions".
