I checked the loads summary box in the Input listing. Sometime it prints the load summary and sometime it won't. Why?.

Unfortunately, at this time (Aug 2021) support for this very old version of the program has expired, see WIKI here for expired support dates.
Highly suggest that you download and install the latest version of AutoPIPE. Also when generating any project documentation reframe from specifying a specific version of AutoPIPE. Instead specify the Piping code and Code year. IF you must document AutoPIPE version, mention it as a reference only. This was the most current version of the program can be used to run the analysis instead of limiting you to a specific version that will be outdated in years to come.
