Autopipe anchor force calculations

In a recent model (ASME B31.1 Code) that AUTOpipe (Plus XM Edition) that the forces and moments at an anchor were different when a vertical guide was either shown or removed.

The odd thing though is that the gaps on the guide are 4.3" and after the analysis the guide was never actually used (total movement did not engage the guide).

When the guide was modeled the forces dropped by 50% even though they physically could not be transfered to the guide. But with it not modeled, they increased by 50% and the moments increased by 100%.

Could this be a instance where the program is viewing the support being there and utlizing the shorter moment arm to calculate the forces and moments at the anchor even though it is not being used?
