Bentley has released a new, March 2023, procedure for logging Feature request, see here.
As mentioned, request that first review the IDEAs page for the posting, and if it was already log, add your vote to it. If the feature request has not been posted, to please post a new IDEA.

Allow me to start over, when asked about a new feature being added / appearing in the program. Please note, that AutoPIPE's development only adds codes that people request. Therefore it all starts with a request from a user to add a new code.
You are correct that DNV-ST-F101, 2021 edition, is not currently available in AutoPIPE. Therefore, knowing from the original post, that Bentley has a new procedure for logging new features, please follow this procedure to search for an existing posting.
If yes, there is an existing posting, please vote for it. You will be added to those who would like to have the feature in the program
If no, there is no existing posting, then please add a new IDEA.
