Critical and High Importance Defect Corrections

• #119102: Calculation of ends of cone in ASME VIII Div.2 were expressed in radian instead of degree (refer to Tables 4.3.4 and Table 4.3.5 of ASME VIII div. 2).
• #88868: Calculation of Ch parameter (refer to para. 4.4.5.1 in ASME VIII Div. 2) for external pressure was too conservative.
• #119514: Calculation of existing stress at small end of cone ASME VIII Div. 2 (the values of sigma_sb, sigma_teta_m and sigma_teta_b per para. 4.3.11) were wrong.
