AutoPipe Vessel EDR Import

Hi

I have imported an EDR file from Aspen and it imports fine but then I cannot save it or execute the strength calculation. Any ideas as why this would be happening.

    Hi Roy,

    In order to save and/or run an analysis on a heat exchanger model, you must have an AutoPIPE Vessel Enterprise License and also have it activated. If you click on File>License Configuration, do you show the selected license as Vessel Enterprise? If not, this is the issue. Before selecting this license, you should make sure that you have that license so that you do not log usage against a license you do not have and in turn, incur unwanted charges. If you have the Enterprise license, select the Vessel Enterprise option and you will be able to save and/or run the analysis for heat exchanger models.
