Greetings all,
I'm new to Autopipe and I cannot model a nozzle on the top head of a vessel that has a stacked vessel above it. The two vessels have a shell separating them, and I would like to include both a vent for the first one and a drain for the second, both nozzles would have a goose neck comming out of the shell placed between them.
Does anyone knows if this is even possible?
Thanks so much in advance for taking the time given!

Hello Bruno,
Are you talking about AutoPIPE or AutoPIPE Vessel?
The modeling approaches would be completely different.
Let us know.

Hi Mike,
First of all thank you for your kind reply.
I'm using AutoPIPE Vessel.
Regards
Issues to set location of nozzles are mainly coming from the compartment selected in the nozzle neck material tab.
When designing a stacked vessel, two compartments (max three) are created within AutoPIPE Vessel.
Even if you set the correct location of the nozzle, you must be sure that the nozzle is attached to the correct compartment (1, 2 or 3) in the nozzle neck material tab.
Let us know if it solves your issue.

Greetings Jonathan,
Thanks for your kind response.
I have tried that already, it doesn't solve my problem. Independently of the compartment chosen the nozzle will remain attached to the outer shell (skirt) between the two drums.
Thank you once again.
Bruno
Can you please send me your model for investigation?
