You can do a search in the help content to show you where the check box is for the NTIW (no tube in window) design option. The checkbox is in the tubesheet layout dialog box.
but after clicking NTIW option, by default tubes which are not supported by baffles should be deleted.
same option I am using in Compress software is working fine,
please update me.

If you believe the feature is not working correctly, I would suggest you submit your model files via service request with a full explanation as to what you believe is not working so we can do a proper investigation. Thank you.
Service request can be created from your CONNECT Portal at connect.bentley.com
Hello Pravin, can you please attach the file here or if you cannot please email it to me at sudip.ganguly@bentley.com ?
I checked and confirm that this feature is working in tubebundle modeling, see attached screenshot image. which version of the software are you using? latest version is 41.0.0.6.
Also please note that ASME UHX has no specific method for NTIW and generally FEA is used for NTIW for accurate calculations, which we do not offer currently. UHX can be used as an approximate method for NTIW exchanger design and is commonly used by users.
