 I'd like to know if it's possible to calculate a supported cone roof by rafters and not columns?

Are you asking if AutoPIPE Vessel can design a self supported roof as opposed to a supported roof? Then yes AutoPIPE Vessel can do so by checking the correct radial button in the Detail tab of the roof component dialog.
