In the first run of API 650 I did not entered any loads in the load window. In report I got the limiting piping loads(4.596×102 N, 3.353×105 N∙mm, 1.553×105 N∙mm). But when I put the load in the load table and did a second run, the failure came. Why is the failure coming, becuase reality since i hav entered the loads equal to allowed load nozzle should be ok.
Kindly advice.

The limiting piping loads are not combined - they are correct if occur only one of them. The calculations are for combinations of loads - that's why you have error.
