This is an international language and date update. This update is to help when the application is installed on a computer with a different Language and Date format other than default (English). There is no documentation or readme file with this update.
Step 1. Install PULS 08.09.28.
Step 2. Install PULS update 08.09.00.29, see WIKI here.
Step 3. Download and unzip the contents of 2-PULS-international.zip into the same folder where PULS was installed (C:\Bentley\Puls XM\ ), replacing the existing files with the new ones from this ZIP file.
