Q. Additional weight does not affect my displacement results in AutoPIPE, why?
Q. Are the resulting displacements and stresses also given as peak to peak values, or are they amplitudes?
Q. Displacement of piping with soil properties is very large, as if the soil properties are not considered during the analysis, why?
Q. During animation of AutoPIPE's displacements load cases, maximum displacement appears larger at a location between existing node points, can pipe displacement values be larger than existing node point values?
Q. How to generate a report showing the maximum displacement
Q. Rigidly supported pipe indicates vertical movement down during load case, why?
Q. The displacement results for all WIND load as were found to be zero, even for extremely high force wind events. Why?
Q. Wave load case gives different displacements after model was rotated, why?
Q. Why are the displacement results so different for a single load case (ex. T1) when a single support has been added to the piping in AutoPIPE?
Q. Why are the results for Gr(1), Gr(2), Gr(3), and Gr(4) different in AutoPIPE?
