Problem:
Known issues about installing AutoPIPE on the same computer with AutoPLANT
We have already installed AutoPLANT which automatically installs Access 2010 runtime. After AutoPLANT has been completely installed we then install AutoPIPE. . However, when we is trying to install AutoPIPE it is trying to automatically install Access 2007 which is corrupting the AutoPLANT installation.
What should we do?
Solution:
Correct. when installing AutoPIPE it does automatically install Access 2007 run-time.
What version of AutoPIPE was installed?
If it is AutoPIPE V8i 099.05.xx.xx or higher, you can uninstall MS Access 2007 installed by AutoPIPE. Then may need to re-run MS Access 2010 installer if this uninstall doesn't fix the issue.
We should be removing MS Access 2007 run-time from our installer going forward in v9.6.1 and higher versions.
