Problem:

Re-installing AutoPIPE on a computer that needs to get rebuilt. what steps should I take before IT whips the drive and rebuilds the computer?

Solution:

Open up LMT (License Management Tool) and select Tools> Options>

Copy the Server Name and Site Activation Key to a save location, print it out, or write it down. Then follow the steps to install AutoPIPE, click here.

When the procedure requests the LMT information above, enter the data back in and press the TEST Connection button. The program should now be ready to start working.
