Problem:
I'm in the process of getting AutoPIPE 09.05.00.21 packaged and noticed it's using an MSI now, good thing. My question, is there a command line switch I can use the change the installation folder? We don't install to the C:\ root unless absolutely necessary. I would like to place AutoPipe under C:\Program Files as I would with most other Bentley applications.
Solution:
Yes, if Setup.exe is run with INSTALLLOCATION defined, AutoPIPE will be installed in the defined location. For example:
Setup.exe INSTALLLOCATION="C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Engineering\AutoPIPE V8i SELECTseries 4"

The translator installers are hardcoded with the installation location, unfortunately. However, they can be repackaged for you with the desired installation location. Please log a service ticket referencing this WIKI page and specify the path where you want the translators to be installed.
