The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2908.
Error:=1603
You may receive this error message if any one of the following conditions is true:
The SYSTEM account does not have Full Control permissions on the folder that you are trying to install the Windows Installer package to. You notice the error message because the Windows Installer service uses the SYSTEM account to install software.
Previous versions of the application are currently installed.
To resolve this problem, do any one of the following, depending on the cause of the problem:

1. Open the Programs and Features control panel.2. Select Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 in the list of installed programs.3. Click the Uninstall/Change button just above the list (see attached screenshot).4. In the window that appears, the Repair option should be chosen already. Click the Next button to proceed.5. Once the repair is complete, attempt to install AutoPIPE and any dependencies by running Setup.exe in the ap09050021en folder again.
