    Problem:

Which AutoPIPE sub-report  should be provided to the Structural Engineer to size anchors in a model: the Support forces or Restraint Reactions report?

    Solution:

The anchor pipe loads results are not available in the Support sub-report, they are only available in the Restraint reaction sub-report.

Remember, in AutoPIPE, for anchors, we are reporting the forces acting on the anchor, not the reactions of the anchor, so the reported values can be used to design the anchor directly.

The program help states, "Anchor Forces - Anchor forces and moments are output in the global X-Y-Z coordinate system. The forces act on the anchor, and are positive if they act in the positive global coordinate directions. Moments, similarly, act on the anchor, positive according to the right-hand rule convention."

Simply reverse all the values to get it into a reaction sign convention.
