1. What is included in an AutoPIPE Subscription?
There is no such thing as an AutoPIPE subscription. Each company will need to determine what type of account to have with Bentley:
> Non-Select - License are paid for on a periodic bases, access to a select list of applications, and Licenses are locked to a specific computer name. Software updates are an extra cost.
> Select - software updates are free!
a. Select Open Access - Pay for only time and applications used. Licenses are pooled among a group of computers.
b. Select Enterprise License Server (ELS) - single annual fee. with access to everything. Licenses are pooled among a group of computers.

2. How do I know when a new Full Versions or Maintenance Release (patch) is available?
AutoPIPE CONNECT 11.01 and higher
Starting with AutoPIPE CONNECT 11.01. and higher user will be notified by Bentley CONNECTION Center. This is an app that should appear in your system tray:
When a new Update for the software is available, Select the Applications button, select the application to be installed, and press "Install Selected" button
AutoPIPE version 10.x and lower.
There are no notification message of a New version or Update available. Suggest one or more of the following:
Suggestion #1: AutoPIPE RSS News feed
After AutoPIPE has been started, select Help> AutoPIPE News> under Settings be sure that. Click here for details
Suggestion #2: Bentley personal profile subscription News Letter
Under your Bentley Profile you can setup to receive newsletters, one of which will notify you of all AutoPIPE announcements. Click here for details.
Suggestion #3: Periodically check the Software fulfillment Download web page
a. Open internet explorer application
b. Select link here for AutoPIPE download instructions, however the same steps can be used to search for and download Bentley PLantFLOW or PULS.
Suggestion #4: Bentley Communities - AutoPIPE Forum
Bentley Communities has an AutoPIPE Forum with an Announcements section to notify the public of expecting and released versions of the program..
3. How to update my version of AutoPIPE?
In order to update a version of AutoPIPE. highly suggest the following:
a. Remove all previous versions of AutoPIPE
b. Download, Install, and license as described here
IF, more than one version of AutoPIPE needs to be installed on the same computer at the same time, go ahead and do so but please see details of how to proceed here.
