How to modify drawing border used to export a Stress Isometric in AutoPIPE 9.6 and Higher?
The new version of Stress Isometric engine installed with AutoPIPE is a program called OPIM (Open Plant Isometric Manager). In order to change the size of the drawing border used when exporting an Stress Isometric from AutoPIPE use the following Steps:
A. With the model Opened and Analyzed, select File> Save Stress Isometric...
B. When the dialog appears enter a valid Drawing name and specify its location to be created in (default location is the same folder as the model). Press SAVE button to continue.
C. After the AutoPIPE Isometrics Manager Options dialog is opened, select the Settings button to continue.
D. Selecting a Drawing size drop down will update the drawing frame filename for the appropriate drawing size. E.g. DBord is standard drawing frame for D drawing size.
The Drawing File name and location cannot be modified at this time. This information is based on the Drawing size selected above. The only way to specify a customized border to save the default drawing to a safe location and modify the original border file in its original location and saving these changes to the original border name. Then specify Drawing size will use the customized border.
E. Press OK button 2X to continue and produce the Stress Isometric.
