Issues and Fixes related to AutoPIPE freezes / crashing on Start-up

Item #1: 

a. Confirm Graphics Card drivers are updated and capable of supporting Open GL.

b. Add exclusion for the following program into virus protection software:

i. C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\AutoPIPE CONNECT v12\AutoPIPE.exe.

ii. C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\AutoPIPE Nozzle\apnozzle.exe

Item #2: Crash or nothing appears on startup, Faulting module name: ntdll.dll

Item #3: Screen remains blank, application does not start

Item #4: Splash screen appears and freezes, program does not start or Not Responding

Item #5: Script Errors

Item #6: Splash screen appears then disappears - similar to Microstation
