What does the version number mean for AutoPIPE or AutoPIPE vessel?
The full software version number consist of a 4 sections of two digit integers separated by a period character. See example here:
AutoPIPE V8i 09.06.01.015
Version number (ex. 09.06.01.05) broken down by sections:
AA.BB.CC.DD
where,
AA = Major Enhancement release number. This two digit number changes with the release of a “major” upgrade.Applicable range is from “01” to “99”
BB = Minor Enhancement release number. This two digit number changes with the release of a “minor” upgrade.Applicable range is from “00” to “99”.
CC = Correction release number. This two digit number changes with the release of an “error correction” update. Applicable range is from “00” to “64”.
DD = Build iteration number. This two digit number is used to track the sequential and cumulative build progression of a software product through a specific development project
