    Library Enhancements and Defects

The following enhancements and defects have been logged for inclusion into a future version of AutoPIPE Vessel:

Note: if an enhancement / defect has not been added to the program, log an Bentley Service Request. The more requests logged per an item, the quicker the  development team will add that feature to the program.

    Enhancement 911516:

Add option for user to select material library with high temperature values

    Description:

Tube Material properties (ex. SA213Gr11 in 540 C) values in the code appear in italic, meaning it is up to the users to use them in such high temperature.

Add option for user to selective use these higher temperature referenced values without having to up date the material stress properties manually.

    Work Around:

    Manually enter material stress values.

    Development Project: TBA

    Defect 404498:

Material Database Issues ASME VIII 2015 update

    Description:

The material database has been wrongly updated for the ASME VIII 2015.

For some materials, Sm and S have been confused (used for division 2 and not used in APV). Then the update has to be reverted for these materials (bolting - stainless steel):
    - SA193GRB8CL1
    - SA193GRB8CL2
    - SA193GRB8MCL1
    - SA193GRB8MCL2
    - SA193GRB8TCL1
    - SA193GRB8TCL2
    - SB164-N04400-Annealed
    - SB164-N04400-hot W-1
    - SB164-N04400-hot W-2
    - SB164-N04405-Annealed
    - SB164-N04405-Hot worked

Some upper limits have been updated for the following (plates - aluminum):
    - SB211-A96061-T6
    - SB211-A96061-T6wld
    - SB209-A95083-H112
    - SB209-A96061-T6wld
    - SB209-Alclad 6061-T6wld

    Work Around:

A suggested workaround is to manually update the missing material properties in the database.

    Development Project: TBA
