When analyzing a model the following occurs:

Answering No to this will create a Log file in same folder as the AutoPIPE model. How to read this log file?
As mentioned a log file will be generated. This file can be opened using AutoPIPE Viewer or any Word editing application (***Important*** The log file will be over written if press Yes or any additional Analysis Set is processed successfully afterwards). After opening the log file, search for the following word: "Case".

From the image above, searching for "Case" will bring you directly to this location in the log file. Here one can see the names of the load cases that did not converge. Below this section is a listing of the allowable tolerances, and finally the last section displays a is a listing of all the supports with their respective calculated values.
Since a nonlinear analysis does not necessarily converge exactly, the force tolerance is used to check for convergence of a load case. If the force error does not exceed this value at any support, the analysis is assumed to have converged.
Again, any Load Case values that exceed the tolerance values cause the non-convergance. Make adjustments to the model based on information from the LOG file until the model converges
Note:
1. If the pipe slips, convergence calculations are performed until the calculated frictional force (frictional resistance) of the support is equal to the maximum frictional force (friction coefficient multiplied by support load (drag force)) within the allowable error.. However, if the calculated friction force of the support is less than the maximum friction force and the pipe does not slip. The words "No slip" will be printed in the log file under Friction Force Error
