This report is only required for ASME NB fatigue usage. It provides the Cumulative Usage Factor for all Service Levels.
This report is under consideration to be removed (TFS-E291560) as fatigue is only required for Level A and B and not C and D. Level B will always be more onerous than Level A, so it really doesn't add anything as the Level B values will be in the Stress Summary already.
