Problem:

While viewing Result-code stresses, automatically cursor points to Max stress node. However, when viewing Result-displacement, cursor points to previously selected node and shows the directional displacements.

Question: How to view the max displacement node (Without selecting the individual node) when using the floating dialog?

Solution:

Correct, when Viewing Results> Code stresses the interactive dialog (F3) does displays the highest code stress ratio. This is by design function. The user can then press 1 of the 4 Radio buttons to cycle through all the stress ratios in sequential order to see the next respective node point.

However the Results> Displacements or other Interactive screen do not have the same functionality.  When the command is invoked, the current point is displayed on the interactive dialog. Also, the radio buttons now cycle through all the combinations at the same node point.

When reviewing results data it may be more advantageous to use Results > Grids> and double click the column heading to see max / min values (suggest . turning off/on combinations as needed).
