    Q. How do I track a Service Request that has already been logged for AutoPIPE?

    User's that log a Bentley Service request can tract its progress, add notes, add attachments. etc. while using Bentley's service Request Manager. To start log into your CONNECTION Center using the procedure below:

    Logging into CONNECTION Center:

    1. Start AutoPIPE,

    2. Click on the Sign in button:

    Using AutoPIPE Connect 11.x and higher:

    Using AutoPIPE Connect 10.x and lower:

    Note: If you cannot log into Bentley CONNECT Client, perform the following:

    a. New Users sign up for an account by pressing the hyperlink to Register.

    b. Confirm User name and Password entered are correct. All Bentley websites use the same credentials to sign in. Press Forgot Password as needed.

    c. If both the above fail, contact nearest Bentley office, and speak with an analyst about web related issues, including login and password

    3. Select the CONNECT button and press CONNECTION Center

    Using AutoPIPE Connect 11.x and higher:


    Using AutoPIPE Connect 10.x and lower:

    4. An internet browser window will automatically open to your Bentley CONNECTION Center web page, select any space inside the area labeled "My Service Request", shown below:

    Using Service Request Manager

    In a moment a new screen will appear where a person can review all the service request by categories:

    • My Service Request - SR's logged by person logged in
    • Site Service Request - All Sr's logged by a particular site (all users that are using the same Site Activation License key)
    • Account Service Request - All Sr's based on Parent Account Name
    • New Service Request - log a new SR

    Depending on the settings, filter existing service request as needed:
