    Problem:

    How to associate application to open DGN or DWG file created by AutoPIPE? 

    Solution:

    Use process Below. 

    Step #1: Open folder where DGN / DWG file are located

    Step #2: Right mouse click on the file and select "Properties", typically located at the bottom of the listing. 

    Step #3: On the General tab, select "Change" button.

    step #4: Select "Browse.." button or press on "More apps, scroll down to bottom, Look for another app on this PC" hyperlink

    Step #5: Select "OpenPlantIsoExtractor.exe" application from folder location below:

    C:\ Program Files (x86)\ Bentley\ OpenPlantIsometricsManager V8i\ OpenPlantIsometricsManager\ OpenPlantIsoExtractor

    Press "Open" button

    Step #6: Confirm "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" was enabled (checked ON).

    Step #7: Start AutoPIPE, Open model, Analyze model, Save as Stress Isometric, on the AutoPIPE Stress isometrics Manager Options, press "Settings" button, change Iso Viewer from "None" to "OPIM" as indicated below.
