Problem:

Selecting a single Segment selects more than that segment in an AutoPIPE model, why?

Example:

Selecting one segment KO selects the following part of the model. 

This shows a lot more than a single selected segment has been selected by the program, why?

Solution:

 Perform the following test, 

a. Open the Segment tab of the input grids. 

b. Double click on the column heading for "First point"; once and then again. are any cells blank?

c. Repeat, double click the column heading for "Last point"; once and then again. are any cells blank?

If No, there is another issue somewhere in the model. 

If Yes, blank cells are shown as indicated above, then this is the problem. Somehow you have been able to create a segment with no "Last Node" point. The program then keeps selecting all segments in the connected grouping.

Steps to repeat:

At this time the development team is unable to repeat this phenomenon. IF you have these exact steps to repeat please log a Service Request and submit the steps to repeat to the CAE development team for review.
