    Problem:

    AutoPIPE vessel after being installed and started shows a blank screen, see below:

    Why and how to avoid?

    Solution:

    Does the computer have both of the following applications installed:

    1. Windows 7 Pro x64

    2. Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 Extended

    If no, contact Bentley Technical support or log a Bentley Service request adding the following information here.

    If YES, continue below.

    WORKAROUND

    Remove the 3D Capture component installed by Acrobat Pro 9 Extended, this will yield warning when Adobe is launched. Plugin can be re-enable using Adobe's installer.
