why and how to avoid?

Solution:

This issue is related to a known issue (875675) when Visual Studio C++ 2015 Redistributable. This issue will be fixed in the next release,

Workaround:

Follow steps below.

Step #1: Uninstall manually all Visual Studio C++ 2017 Redistributable ( Note the version )

Step #2: Install AutoPIPE Vessel

Step #3: Install all Visual Studio C++ 2017 Redistributable AGAIN ( With the same version )
