Problem:
The following appears when using AutoPIPE Vessel:
forrtl servere (408): fort: (11) Subscript #1 of the array ENC has value 0 which is less than the lower bound of 1.

Solution:
In this example, a model had an inserted an Jacket Closure in the shell of a heat exchanger. A jacket closure component must only be used to close the outer jacket wall of a jacketed vessel.. If used anywhere else it will cause the application to crash
