&lt;p style="margin-left:60px;"&gt;Why?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h1&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993300;text-decoration:underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Solution:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h1&gt;
&lt;p style="padding-left:60px;"&gt;The application appears&amp;nbsp;to be working correctly. According to the report there was no load on the bolting in both horizontal and lateral directions. Bolts are used to keep vessels on the ground/structure due to wind/earthquake effects. The weight of the vessel is enough to keep the vessel on its feet without bolt when no external load act. Therefore, No load = no bolt required or&lt;/p&gt;
