Problem:

How are the seismic displacements of structures entered in an AutoPIPE model?

Solution:

Suggest to use the integration between AutoPIPE and STAAD.  With these programs, these displacements are entered in as imposed displacements and would then be assigned to a SAM (Seismic Anchor Movement) load case like S1 case, SAM would be considered as a form of an earthquake load case.
