    Q. Why has my AutoPIPE product Service Request Status been set to "Closed-Duplicate" ?

    Problem:

    Why has my AutoPIPE product Service Request Status been set to "Closed-Duplicate" ?

    Solution:

    Most of the time a SR (Service Request) Status has been changed to "Closed - Duplicate" because it matches directly with another SR that has already been logged. Therefore one of the SR should be closed and the other one used by Bentley for processing and responding to the user. 

    When closing an SR,  "Recommended Solution" should contain a reference to the duplicated SR that was used for processing. If not contact Bentley requesting, which SR was considered to being a duplicate of.
