Can you clarify these two parameters ‘d’ and ‘di’ in the report from AutoPIPE Vessel ?
“di” is the internal diameter of the nozzle neck.
“d” is the diameter of the opening which can be larger due to the nozzle inclination. In this case there is no inclination so “d” = “di”

The nozzle neck internal diameter is calculated as follow:
Nominal diameter 2NPS = 60.3 mm
Schedule 40S = 3.91 mm
Tolerance = 1.5 mm
di = 60.3 – 2*(3.91-1.5) = 55.48 mm.
