    Problem:

    The following is displayed when trying to convert an ADLPipe file

    The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

    Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'ADLPipe to NTL Translator.MSI' in the box below.

    Why and how to avoid? 

    Solution:

     Confirm that only one version of ADLPipe translator is installed on the computer. 

    Avoidance:

    . 1. Open Window's program that is lists all programs installed on the computer (ex. Programs and Features, Add or Remove Program)

      2. Uninstall all versions of ADLPIpe translator currently on the computer. 

      3. Uninstall "Bentley AutoPIPE....Setup"

      4. Reinstall current version of AutoPIPE be sure to enable check box to install all translators as shown below before pressing Next button.

      5. Reboot compute.
