    Q. How to reset CONNECTION Client?

    Problem:

    How to reset CONNECTION Client?

    Solution:

    Please try the following solution on the client's computer with the issue:

    1. Open the task manager and End the following:

    Bentley.Connect.Client service.

    2. Then browse to %localappdata%\Bentley\MySELECT.db (:\Users\WindowsUserName\AppData\Local\Bentley\MySELECT.db) and Delete the file, MySELECT.db

    3. Start the CONNECTION Client and Sign In.

    This should resolve the issue, If not, please provide Log files for review – To automatically collect Log files, CONNECTION Client 10.00.13.xx and newer is required.

    a. Run the following to collect the logs automatically- "%CommonProgramFiles%\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.exe".

    b. Save the file to a known location

    c. Please send the zip file for review in an Service Request referencing this WIKI and asking to refer to Daniel Delaney.
