How to reset CONNECTION Client?
Please try the following solution on the client's computer with the issue:
1. Open the task manager and End the following in this order:
b. Bentley.Connect.Client service.
2. Then browse to:
3. Delete MySELECT.db
4. Then browse to %localappdata%\Bentley\Licensing\
5. Delete LicenseService.db
6. Start CONNECTION Client and Sign In.
7. Start and run your Bentley Software.
This should resolve the issue, If not, please provide Log files for review – To automatically collect Log files, CONNECTION Client 10.00.13.xx and newer is required.
a. Run the following to collect the logs automatically- "%CommonProgramFiles%\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.exe".
b. Save the file to a known location
